Effective December 1, 2025: While I am understanding when situations do arise, if a client cancels two or more times, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be required for all future bookings. This $20 deposit will be applied to the cost of the session at the time of the appointment. If the appointment is canceled for any reason (making it the third cancellation), the $20 deposit is non-refundable.

*Illness: If you are feeling ill, please reschedule your appointment to avoid putting myself and other clients at risk.

If possible, I ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you to fill out any paperwork, discuss any particular areas of focus for your session and get settled. Please note: your session will not be extended if you arrive late or pre-session discussion runs long. Your session will still only be for the allotted time and you are responsible for payment for the complete session you booked.

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for full payment of the fee for the session you booked. Please be respectful of my time and the appointments that may be booked after you.
