CHAKRA BALANCING SESSIONS

Chakra Balancing are Mini Reiki sessions that last 30 minutes long. I will thoroughly explain my Reiki process prior to beginning. The session begins with the dowsing of your Chakras with a pendulum, which allows me to see where energy may be congested or flowing too freely. You will receive Reiki to all Chakras only. Crystals may be incorporated into your session by being placed directly on Chakras or nearby. Reiki is powerful on its own; Crystals increase the healing energy and accelerate the healing process.

Your comfort is of the utmost importance to me, and I will provide you with a bolster, blanket and pillow for the table, based on your needs.

You will receive Reiki to your front body only. Your mini session will wrap up with a debrief where we will be able to share our experiences from the session. You will leave with After Care instructions and I will always reach out the day after to see how you are feeling.
