My path to energy work was born out of necessity. For years, I struggled with Autoimmune Diseases, a progressive lung condition, and anxiety. Conventional treatments only took me so far, and I knew something deeper was missing.

That’s when I discovered Reiki and energy healing—and it transformed my life. I learned firsthand how powerful it is to clear the “energetic debris” we unknowingly hold inside. When our energy is blocked, it shows up as physical symptoms, emotional pain, or even a feeling of being disconnected from life. I founded Grateful Heart Reiki to offer others the same healing and peace I found on my journey.

I’m a Usui Reiki Level III Master, Level II Sound & Vibrational Therapy practitioner, Certified Reiki Crystal Healer, and Dr. Bach’s Flower Remedies practitioner. My approach blends Reiki with Sound Therapy, crystal healing, Vibrational Therapy, Aura Cleansing and Divine Guidance to create a session as unique as you are.
