My path to energy work was born out of necessity. For years, I struggled with Autoimmune Diseases, a progressive lung condition, and anxiety. Conventional treatments only took me so far, and I knew something deeper was missing.

That’s when I discovered Reiki and energy healing—and it transformed my life. I learned firsthand how powerful it is to clear the “energetic debris” we unknowingly hold inside. When our energy is blocked, it shows up as physical symptoms, emotional pain, or even a feeling of being disconnected from life. I founded Grateful Heart Reiki to offer others the same healing and peace I found on my journey.

My work is informed by both extensive training, a successful Reiki business, and lived experience. I have developed a deep respect for how closely the nervous system, Energy Field , and physical body are connected. My own healing journey has shaped my approach to Reiki—one that prioritizes safety, regulation, and gentle restoration.

I’m a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, a White Light (Johrei) Level III Master, Level II Sound & Vibrational Therapy practitioner, Certified Reiki Crystal Healer, and Dr. Bach’s Flower Remedies practitioner. My work is steady, intentional, respectful, and grounded.

My approach blends traditional Usui Reiki with Sound & Vibrational Healing, crystal healing, Aura Cleansing and Divine Guidance. These modalities work together to help stabilize the nervous system and elevate your internal energetic frequency, supporting balance on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced. Your boundaries are always honored. Every session is offered with care, clarity, andrespect for each individual’s process.
